All warranty and out-of-warranty returns are handled through our RMA process. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:
Products under manufacturer warranty are assessed and processed in accordance with each vendor's warranty terms. Integra acts as the local warranty point for all brands in our portfolio. Typical processing time is 5–10 business days depending on the vendor.
For products outside the warranty period, we offer an assessment and repair service where available. A diagnostic fee may apply. We will provide a quote before any repair work is carried out.
